Development Programme

CWC School for Energy is dedicated to providing the tools and skills for your career progression and helping you and your organisation gain a competitive advantage. We have compiled various development programmes, which combine courses devised to strengthen interlinked strategic skills.

These programmes provide valuable and cost-effective solutions for fulfilling your organisation's training needs. They can be tailor-made for your company or for a particular individual and we will allow the programme to be divided and taken over a period of 2 years.

If you are a head of a department, for example, your aim may be to develop your team’s legal skills in which case we can compile a logical set of legal courses for your employees’ career progression. You may also have a target number of courses that you would like your team to attend per year in which case if you book these in advance with us we can assure that a place is reserved for you at the appropriate courses and that you receive significant cost savings.
